On Wednesday of this week, craft brewers and local beer enthusiasts alike will enjoy the lawful sale of 64 ounce beer jugs commonly referred to as “growlers.” This change comes about after Governor Rick Scott signed Senate Bill 186 into law on May 14, 2015. Once of the provisions within this new law is designed to protect small and local brewers from a large number of “malt beverage tastings”.
